On Day 1 of the clinic we will be conducting Evaluations, please be checked in, warmed up and lined up in the order you are to ride.

Please be on time for each session morning arrival and after lunch. Instruction will begin as scheduled.

EVALUTIONS/CHECK IN TIME: Evaluations will be chosen at registration and a reminder will be sent the week of the clinic. Evaluations may change, so please watch your emails. You should be on your horse in the order specified on the evaluation sheet and ready to ride at your evaluation time. 


STALLS & RV Hook Ups: Those who need a stall or RV hook up, please contact the facility to reserve.  


HEALTH PAPERS: Please check with the facility to see if they require any type of health papers. Every facility is different, it's always best to ask.


HOTEL: There is a list of hotels in the area on the website page for your particular clinic.


FORMS: The clinic forms are on the page fore each clinic (Clinic Questionnaire and Contract for Participants). Please complete the forms prior to your arrival and turn them in at check in.


PAYMENTS: If you have an amount due for your clinic, please login to the website and make payment. SCHEDULE: . Please be on your horse and ready to ride at the start of each day and each afternoon after the lunch break. Treat this like you would treat your barrel racing career, with focus, promptness and professionalism.  


Dental and/or Chiropractic Work: Our Equine Dentist and Equine chiropractor will be available throughout the clinic. If you wish to have work done, please arrange with Heather Heath (you will meet her on day one).  If you have a friend not registered who would also like to take advantage of this opportunity, please have them contact us to arrange a time.
